At Ekdant Studios, every product is crafted with precision. As 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process where items are built layer by layer, please note that minor surface textures or visible layer lines are inherent to the technology and do not constitute a defect. By placing an order, you acknowledge the nature of 3D-printed products.

📦 Return & Refund Guidelines

We strive for perfection, but should you receive an item that is damaged during transit, incorrect, or possesses a genuine manufacturing defect, we are here to assist you.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement:

To qualify for any return or refund, you must provide a continuous, uncut, and unedited unboxing video. The video must clearly show the package being opened from its original sealed state, revealing the product inside.

  • The video must be seamless with no pauses or cuts.

  • Failure to provide a clear and proper unboxing video will result in the inability to process your claim.

If you encounter an issue, please email us at shop.ekdantstudio@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Order ID: Your unique order number.

  2. Brief Explanation: A clear description of the issue.

  3. Mandatory Evidence: An unboxing video (as defined above).

❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of 3D printing and custom production, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Technical Characteristics: Minor deformations, visible layer lines, or surface textures common to 3D printing.

  • Customer Preferences: Change of mind, slight color variations, or dissatisfaction with the aesthetic finish.

  • Post-Delivery Issues: Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Customization: Personalized or custom-designed items.

💰 Refund Terms

If your claim is approved after internal review:

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Method: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

🚚 Shipping & Damage Disclaimer

While we ensure rigorous packaging, damage claims are strictly subject to the submission of the mandatory unboxing video. Without this proof, we are unable to process any claims for transit damage.

📍 Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
