These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Ekdant Studios. By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2️⃣ Products & Nature of 3D Printing

All Ekdant Studios products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. You acknowledge that:

  • Layer-by-Layer Production: 3D printing is an additive process; therefore, minor layer lines, surface textures, and slight variations in color are inherent characteristics of the process and are not considered defects.

  • Design Modifications: We reserve the right to modify product designs without prior notice to enhance structural integrity, durability, or functionality.

3️⃣ Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupee (₹).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways. We do not store your private banking, UPI, or card credentials.

  • Applicable taxes (including GST) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4️⃣ Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

  • Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the production queue or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

5️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates.

  • Ekdant Studios is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or force majeure events.

  • Risk of loss or damage to items transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided shipping address.

6️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Mandatory Requirement: To process any claim, a continuous, uncut, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

  • Failure to provide this video or failure to meet the requirements outlined in our Refund Policy will result in the inability to process your request.

7️⃣ Intellectual Property & Design Protection

All content on this website—including product designs, images, logos, text, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of Ekdant Studios.

  • Strict Prohibition: Any attempt to replicate, copy, resell, or commercially reproduce our proprietary 3D designs without our express written permission is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Ekdant Studios shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits or data.

  • Damages resulting from the misuse of products or improper handling.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products are used safely and as intended.

9️⃣ User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt our systems, provide false information, or harass our team. We reserve the right to block users who violate these standards.
